Spiral Rack

Another loopy bike rack. This one's in front of one of the dozen or so Target stores around town.

[And how do I know that there's so many Target stores? Because I called EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM this last Christmas to see if they had a specific toy for a little boy I know. They didn't.]

Shoulda made us guess what it was...I never woulda guessed bike rack. When I saw the title I was thinking about the racks they used to torture people on, and I wondered how this one worked. And that's the twisted way my mind works.
