Maybe a fast food restaurant? Something like a Tastee Freeze? (Do they still have those...???) In any case, you are right -- those stripes are mesmerizing.

Really I have no idea, but I like it.
It's definitely a fast food restaurant... and since I know the area where you live... Burgerville? I would say McDonald's too, but I think that might be too easy!
